FASCIAL BODY REPROGRAMMING
Thursday, 8 Oct 2026 and 22 Oct 2026 7PM @ The Istana, Uluwatu
THE INTELLIGENCE OF FASCIA
Fascia contains a rich network of sensory receptors and nerve endings, allowing it to receive and respond to information from within the body and from our environment.
Through mindful movement and conscious breath, we begin to listen to these subtle signals rather than forcing the body into a shape. Fascial Reprogramming invites the body to soften habitual patterns, release stored tension, and rediscover more natural and integrated movement.
BODY • BREATH • AWARENESS
Our physical experiences, emotions, movement patterns, and states of awareness can influence the way we inhabit our bodies.
By slowing down and bringing attention inward, we create an opportunity to reconnect with the body’s own intelligence.
This is not about pushing, stretching, or fixing the body.
It is about listening.
Through slow, intentional movement and conscious breath, we explore the relationship between fascia, movement, perception, and awareness — creating space for greater ease, mobility, connection, and nervous-system regulation.
