The Heart Space Circle for Women, invites you back into your heart, to remember the quiet strength and softness inside of you. In everyday life, many women move through the world holding everything together — being strong, capable, and outward-focused. Over time, this can create disconnection from our own needs, emotions, and inner power. We forget our softness. We forget our depth. We forget the steady love and strength that lives within us.
This experience offers a nourishing counterbalance — a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner power. A space to remember self-trust, confidence, intuition and feminine wisdom. We begin by arriving through guided breathing and meditation, gently landing in the body. Through reflective journaling and a heart-centered intention ritual, you bring clarity to what you wish to release and what you are ready to strengthen and embody. Intention creates direction and anchors your energy in what truly matters to you. From this grounded space, we enter a guided Cacao Ritual. Ceremonial cacao gently supports emotional openness, presence, and connection, helping you feel rooted and connected to yourself. We then melt into heart-focused Yin Yoga, supported by the resonance of Himalayan singing bowls. Gentle, long-held postures release tension in the chest and shoulders. As the body softens, emotional release, renewed clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself can naturally arise.
Remember your Power & Aliveness within
We allow — We feel — We soften — We remember
We close with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath integrate the experience, allowing the frequencies to realign you with your natural inner harmony. Finally, we gather in circle to share and connect. This experience is for women who feel called to release what no longer serves and ready to remember the power and aliveness within.
About Linda :
Linda creates inner journeys that invite you to turn inward - to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself beneath the thoughts. Her work is rooted in presence, compassion, and the belief that we all have the power to heal ourselves, simply by meeting ourselves and allowing to feel whatever is here in the moment with honesty and compassion. And the more we practice this, the more we can carry this grounded, connected state of being into daily life. Linda discovered Yin Yoga during one of the heaviest phases of her life. She had little energy for anything active, and Yin became a safe space. It became a place where she could meet her emotions fully for the first time, allow herself to feel them, and begin to release what she had been carrying for years.
This experience sparked something deep. She could finally listen to her intuition, which guided her to Bali, where she immersed herself in yoga teacher training, daily meditation, and different well- being modalities. On this path, she started reconnecting with herself and found the clarity and strength to rebuild her life from within. It was there that she discovered the power of sound healing. Especially the grounding resonance of Himalayan bowls and the expansive, calming tones of crystal bowl helped her drop into presence with surprising ease and allowed her to connect to herself more deeply. Today, she weaves together Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Journaling, Rituals, Breathing Practices, Somatic Movement and Meditation to create nurturing spaces where people can slow down and reconnect. She sees sound as a powerful companion. A way to quiet the mental chatter so we can step behind the stories, the patterns and the pressure, and realign with our own natural rhythm. Her intention is: to guide you back into simply being, so you can remember the place inside that is already whole, and to help you carry that calm, clarity, and connection into everyday life. For Linda, it’s not about how the practice looks — it’s about how it feels. A journey inward, to remember the power within.
