This certified course offers a holistic integration of Tantra and Yoga. Tantra is an ancient tradition that explores the realization of your physiological and energetic potential. It is a path of discovering your hidden capacities and accessing your kundalini energy.
The fundamental idea of Tantra is that “pleasure is more fundamental than suffering,” and through subtle techniques that cultivate body awareness, emotional intelligence, sensitivity, and the conscious direction of physical and mental energy within the body, we open a pathway to deep inner transformation.
What You Will Experence:
You will discover authentic Tantra knowledge and practices in terms of chakras, channels, subtle bodies and energy work. We will use tools like movement, asana, breathing, light and sound, as well as mantra meditation in our practice. We will also explore deep fascial work, activating energy through spiral and wave-like movements.
Practices will take place in self-guided exploration, in partner work, and at times in group settings to activate, synchronize, and amplify energetic flow and the collective field.
You will discover how to do tantric sensual work with a partner in a very gentle but profound professional way.
What This Course Will Give You:
- Understanding the philosophy of the main traditional Tantra lineages
- Learning both traditional and contemporary Tantra practices
- How to work with others in partner and group settings, including with clients
- Activation of chakras, channels, subtle bodies and Kundalini through the fascial system and deeper layers of the body, guided by conscious movement and refined energy awareness
- You will get in touch with your energy blockages and learn how to release them
- You will learn how to support others in working with energy blockages
- Development of physical and psychological strength, health and resilience, related to each chakra energy level, including working with limiting patterns and cultivating more conscious and refined behavioral patterns

Module 1 (10 hours):
- 5 lessons
- History of Tantra and Yoga: intersections and key primary sources — Shiva Sutras, Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra, Kama Sutra
- Knowledge and meditation practice on 6 main chakras and their specific qualities
- 5 elements, 5 subtle bodies, 3 main nadis (channels) and methods for awakening the subtle body
- Element of Shiva, energy of Shakti and Kundalini: theory and practice
Module 2 (10 hours):
- 5 lessons
- Hatha tantra yoga in a relation to 6 chakras and 5 elements
- Asana, kriya and meditation practices related to each chakra end element
- Theory and practice
Module 3 (10 hours):
- 5 lessons
- Kriya yoga as a part of Tantra tradition
- Channels and Pranayama in Tantra: theory and practice
- Kundalini energy and gentle awakening through kriyas, channels and fascial flow movements
Module 4 (10 hours):
- 5 lessons
- Psychology of chakras and personal development
- Behavioral patterns, programs, beliefs and blocks in chakras
- Energy regulation in chakras: cultivation, concentration and conscious direction
Module 5 (10 hours):
- 5 lessons
- Yoga of the Heart: Tantra in the tradition of Osho
- Core principles and techniques for chakra opening in Osho’s methodology
- Partner and group work in Tantra: how to exchange, heal, manifest and read the energy of a partner

Alyona Skvortsova, MD
Tantra & Hatha yoga teacher
Alyona is a medical doctor, tantra, yoga and meditation teacher, whose path bridges western science with the embodied wisdom of the tantric tradition.
With a foundation in medicine and physiotherapy, she began her journey in rehabilitation centers in Ukraine, working with the body through a clinical lens. Over time, this evolved into a deeper exploration of healing — moving beyond symptom treatment into energy, consciousness, and inner transformation.
Her path is rooted in over 15 years of dedicated study within traditional Shaiva and Virashaiva lineages of India, guided by direct transmission, personal sadhana, and devotion to the tantric worldview. She has studied with teachers connected to the lineage of Krishnamacharya in India, as well as modern schools of yoga and tantra.
Alongside her medical background, Alyona integrates a strong psychological foundation, including somatic trauma work (Peter Levine), Gestalt therapy, and Integral Psychology — allowing her to work with the body, mind, and subconscious patterns in a deeply holistic way.
As the founder of Shanti Yoga Studio and teacher at Shanti Training School of Yoga Therapy, she has been holding spaces for transformation for many years — guiding students through tantra retreats, conscious events, and intimate work with individuals and couples across Ukraine, Europe, and Bali.
Her teaching weaves together embodied tantra, classical yoga, breathwork, and modern therapeutic awareness — creating a space where practice becomes a living experience of energy, presence, and inner awakening.

Yes, many of our students take the training to knowledge, curiosity, self-improvement and understanding of themselves at a deeper, more energetic level, beyond the physical body.
This course is in English only. However, if you don’t speak 100% English, Alyona the Lead Trainer speaks Russian as well.
Payments are non-refundable upon booking confirmation. If for some reason you cannot attend the training, you can apply the credit to any future online or onsite trainings within 12 months.
