What to expect from a session?
Step into a deeply nourishing journey where water becomes your guide back to stillness, trust, and flow.
We begin with a gentle introduction at the infinity pool, where you'll learn the foundations of Water Healing and how to work with the natural support of the water. As the session unfolds, you'll be guided through floating, mindful movement, and moments of weightlessness that invite the body to release tension and the mind to soften. You can decide whether you want to stay at the water's surface or explore the healing power of the water beneath the surface.
Supported by the water, you may experience a profound sense of relaxation, nervous system regulation, and connection to yourself. We close with an immersive water sound healing experience. As live instruments are played in and around the water, vibrations travel through the body, creating a unique sensory experience that encourages deep rest, integration, and renewal.

Each person will experience both being floated and learning to float another.
The session closes with a unique sound healing experience. As sound frequencies travel through the water and into your body, they deeply resonate through tissues and cells, promoting profound healing at a cellular level
IMPORTANT: For the most joyful experience, please be aware of the following,
- Avoid heavy meals at least 1 hour before.
- Take time to rest after—avoid rushing to appointments.
- Wear comfortable swimwear and protect your skin from the sun.
