Note: Please bring your ID for the first session with us. Coupon, membership or package holders please click “Redeem Coupon or Package”, enter your code, then select the date and time for your appointment.

When you purchase the following packages or memberships you will be given a code which you will have to use to book your slots.
To book your sessions, use the code via '1 Time Access' section. Select appointment type, date and time. Then enter your code provided from the innitial purchase.
10 Session pack can only be used by one person and is valid for 1 month.
Note: Please bring your ID to the Istana when redeeming membership or a package for the first time.
